ORDERING
Most orders will be dispatched within 3 working days.
All art prints are posted unmounted, unframed and rolled in a secure tube. Some items, including but not limited to, larger sized prints will be made to order. If you have a deadline, let us know as we will try to accommodate this.
PAYMENT PROCESSING
Direct Deposit: In Australia, we prefer a direct deposit into the Commbank account and the details are available during checkout. You can pay using online banking or in person at a branch. Please use your order number as a payment reference.
Paypal: We also accept all major credit cards through Paypal. This is preferred for international orders due to convenience and security. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties.

RETURNS
If you have any issues with your items, contact us immediately to discuss. Australian legislation asserts consumers can be offered replacement, exchange or refund if the item is faulty.

Photographs on this website are provided to help you choose the appropriate items. The descriptions are also helpful. Due to differences in the way computer monitors display colours, your order may differ slightly in colour from what you see on the screen but we aim to colour match as closely as possible. If you would like more photographs or information about products before purchase, we are happy to help.
