Check out the flier to the left! My arm didn't fair as well as the ring I was wearing. Even the Emergency Ward ring cutter couldn't get through the sturdy ring... but lube had it slide off before my finger swelled too much. (In all fairness, they really do need a new ring cutter, and I am planning on buying one for them!)

I've had a fantastic response from Roller Derby teams all over the world, and love hearing about all their Derby adventures. I'm still hoping to be a ref, but Bodie has threatened to sell my skates on Ebay, so I'll have to sweet talk him into supporting my skating ambitions. Must be all that sitting around at the hospital that has made him not so keen for me to skate!

I've designed this ring to be worn by Derby skaters, refs, supporters, friends and fans of the sport. It's chunky enough to look cool, but comfortable to wear all day. If your league allows, you could wear it on the track, but it might give you an unfair advantage ;) 

Oh, and this ring is not made just for Jammers who wear the star on the helmet, but I include then star on all my text-based deisgns to symbolise Safari Lee styles.
